There was a post that Jarrad write in response to someone, and he said how we know here each other with abuse, but do not know a lot about each other other things. And it is so often easy to us to focus of what we do not do good (I do that all the time). I thought it would be nice to start a thread where we can all share what we do good, what we accomplish, what wonderful people we are, instead of to just focus on the other things. We can learn more good things about each other, and to share of good things here, I think never that is done 'to much'. I will start with some things, but I will hope that I can add to it more in time, I hope we all can come back to it and add to it.

1. I am a good poker player.
2. I am pretty good painter.
3. I usually am a good person to other people, I try to be nice to everyone until I feel I have reason to not be.
4. I am learning more to trust people, and there is some people I trust totally.
5. I help take care of my family and share with them
6. I am hard worker
7. I can be funny person
8. I am more strong then usual I think I am
9. I have stayed with my sport for 18 years now, and have been world champion in junior level. I am still working to senior level.
10. I am a good friend.

Nice idea. Okay, here are a few positive things about me:

1. I love relating to other people and think I am a good friend.
2. I am good at painting, paperhanging, and woodworking around the house, though I seldom have time for those things anymore.
3. I am a good cook.
4. I am a committed family person. My family is my first priority.
5. I am a dedicated teacher with more than 25 years experience.
6. I love fun, jokes and humor. I laugh loudest when the joke is on me.
7. I don't know how many books I have written, but it's a lot. I just checked and 13 are in the Library of Congress, including one in French, one translated from Arabic, and one translated from German.
8. I love poetry and have written some of my own.
9. I hate suits and don't own one anymore. I live in jeans and T-shirts.
10. I'm not sure how strong I am emotionally yet, but I have become content to be me.
11. I am good at languages but hopeless in math and anything technical. I like that idea.
12. I like dreaming and thinking about how to make my dreams real.
