If you are prone to altitude sickness see your Dr and ask for some meds. I wish i had.
Even though I got sick it was worth it in light of the healing inside i got from my time there
Andy, TJ jeff glad you are going.

Steve,
Go to the doc and tell him you're planning to attend an important seminar at the 8,000+ foot elevation. Tell him you'd like something to take for it just in case you get altitude sickness because you can't afford to miss the events.
It's worth a try.
John

Oh, and anyone who wants to take their favorite stuffed friends.... They are welcome there. In fact the facilitators provide some just in case they are needed. It may seem kinda silly, but you'd be surprised how healing it can be to spend a little time shedding a few tears into his fur. When you return home after the weekend you will also have access to another forum on the MS site you currently do not have access to if you are not already a WoR alumni. J

I borrowed a stuffed animal from one of the facilitators several time throughout the weekend, it really helped.
But like J suggested, if possible bring your own. It was quite touching watching guys walking around from room to room holding their notebook and their stuffed animal.
No where else would see that.

Sabata - I didn't know until I got there at that elevation that i would get sick. Going from sea level to 8,000 feet without getting used to it really got to me. Good thoughts John.

No where else would see that. Thanks so much for that. This image totally makes my day and it's hardly even begun! Much love, Larry
