The thing to ask yourself is how killing that guy would help you, what kind of things that act would do to you as a person. As satisfying as it might be for that moment, it would make you a criminal like he is. He would have won again, even in death.
As for that delete key, there seems to be a queue for it past few days. Something in the water????
