Guys,
A mass has shown up on Don_NY's right lung. Rightfully so, he is frightened. He is awaiting the results of a biopsy that was done this past Friday.
Please remember him in your thoughts and prayers. He has been a valuable asset to MS over the years, and has helped many of my dear friends.
A line of encouragement would be nice for him to receive, too.

Just to thank you all who posted here, or thought of me. After seven weeks of radiation last fall, and nine months of chemotherapy (had one today at noon), I had a PET scan last week. I was told Monday that the results were good, but I saw the report today. The radiologist who read the Scans starts by saying the mass had been surgically removed. This is not true, it is what he thought he was seeing. To quote his summary:
Previously seen masses no longer apparent.
This result is uncommon, and was certainly unexpected. I believe that more than medicine was involved and so I thank you for your thoughts and prayers
