Hmmmmm. I guess that would have to be 300, that film about the battle of Thermopylae in 480 BC. Great stuff, with some of the scenes combining real actors and animation. I loved it and watched it twice while I was in San Francisco.

how can you not like transformers .... i know the plot sucked the acting was horrible and the whole movie was an advertisement for GM but who cares a 60 foot tall Optimus Prime makes it well worth it.

seriously though a good movie was Pan's Labriynth. It has some intense scenes though kinda violent.

Harry Poter \:\) was pretty good

if you want a stupid comedy to watch get Idiocracy. its with Luke Wilson. He is from our time and is completely average at everything he dose... but he gets frozen as part of a millitary expeririment and when he thaws out its 500 years from now and every one has deevolved into idiots so he is the smartest man on earth and has to solve every ones problems. I know it sounds stupid, it was but, its a good its kind of a warning of what would happen if Fox News and Wal-Mart ran the world

I didn't like Harry Potter much, but it's a must see if you've seen the other movies as well I guess.

Other then that I rented The Terminal last week, was pretty funny.

Oh and I still want to see Shrek 3, of course.
And Ocean's 13. And Pirates of the Carribean 3.

According to Alexander The Fightclub is a must rent too.
Haven't seen it yet though.

That's enough suggestions? \:\)

An oldie but goodie is Crossroads (1986) with Ralph Macchio (From Karate Kid). It's got a good story, AWESOME music, some action, a little romance, and a feel good ending. If you can find it, I think you might enjoy this one.
Best wishes and warmest regards,
Scott

Just saw a really good one! Mel Gbson's Apocalypto. All in Mayan with English subtitles, and a great story about courage and determination.

Guys, I 'm tellihg you, rent Manhood, I think it was John Ritter's last movie.

It's about a good father growing up with his son and the his ssiter starts to have marrige problems and his some what derelict nephew comes to stay with them.

Look, someone go rent it and they can probobly explain it a whole lot better!

It is one of my favorite movie's, sort of like a dream come true for a lost kid.

Logan

ok...my two cents,

Look for Shawshanck Redemption and Breakfast Club. Both movies should be available in the local video store.

The reason I love these two movies, they feature unexpected friendships.

The message is, "even though we may be different, we can still be friends."

That's how I try to live my life.

Your friend,
Carl
