DITTO!!! Except that I STILL dont look in the mirror. Lorie said she noticed that many years ago and did not know what to make of it. Now she does.

But Yeah....Back then I though that little guy to the left was one ugly fk.

I don't like to look in mirror b/c I don't like what I see. But I am getting better. I know this sounds dorky but I taped a note to the mirror that says something like 'you are a good person' and now when I look at the mirror and impulsively dislike myself I see that and feel better about myself.

I can look in the mirror, just not at myself in the eyes. Just cannot do it for some reason.
