my t session was a good one -

my second time -

he is direct and strong - but nice -

this is a good thing.

he suggested a program i may go to -

eventually - he said it's like a ten day boot camp - for therapy -

he said - it's the hardest thing he ever did - but

it's also the best -

Hmmmmm. A boot camp? Does that sound like something that would suit you? Or would it reinforce a lot of the problematic negative feelings you already have? I'm just a bit surprised and worried that your new T would suggest this so soon after you start with him. I wonder if you should ask him specifically why he thinks this particular experience would be good for you.
