My name is Vitaliy. My daughter was Olesya, Olya. She lived 22 months, and died in her sleep. I never loved before her, and when she died, she took part of my heart with her. But. If I had not ever been abused, I never would have been to part in my life that I would have her at all. She is proof to me that good can come even from the most bad ever. No, those people, abusers, I do not think are in general good. But she was nothing at all bad.

I am so sad for your losses. Your abuse and your daughter! I know you are correct when you said that there CAN be good that comes from the bad of our boyhood sexual abuse. I too have expereinced some of these. I have the most precious wife in the world, who would kill for me, and stuck with this mess for 23 years. I have two beautiful, "normal" sons that God has blessed me with. And I am now in a church of the most authentic real people I have ever known.
You hang in there and keep believing!!! God has a plan for each of us, be willing to accept it.
