This is a track from Peter Gabriel, one of the founders of Genesis who left because of an altercation with Collins the money head.
He has made a fortune with his stuff from films to albums, but to look at him he is like a hobo.

He is a great man who gives most of his money to helping the poor in Africa, even falling into bankruptcy along the way.
I am pretty sure his life has been hard, but now he is giving
back in a huge way.

I used to have that album. MTB was one of my favorites. So is Modern Love and Solsbury Hill.

I don't know if it was totally about Collins though that he left. I used to have Armando Gallo's book I Know What I Like, and it talked about how Peter just HAD to write all of The Lamb Lies Down On Broadway, and had basically made his decision to leave the band on his own.

Andy, he is awesome, and he got me through a load of things, he was mobbed when he played live at Liverpool.

I have great respect for PG. I think I had his first six albums on LP for a while.

I was a huge Genesis fan for the longest time. Still am, just not near as gung-ho about it these days.

I think it was the reunion with Genesis at Milton Keynes in 1982 that help pay off that debt too.

Andy, it was Gabriels alternative mind that made Genesis in the early years, and after he left, Collins lost one of his dearest
friends, but that is how it had to be, with Collins content with
making big bucks.

You really do have to see him in the flesh, and yeah, he was
abused as a kid and does his best to help anyone who needs help,
I dont have idols, but he is pretty close in my eyes,
