He's still not faced judgement day! Amazing what celeb status and money can do to delay your day in court!!

"On 29 November 2005, Langham was arrested by Kent Police in connection with an ongoing investigation into internet child pornography, and was released on bail. The arrest was first reported in the press on 16 December 2005, in response to which Langham's lawyer read a statement in which he said that he was innocent, and pointed out that he had not been charged.[1][2] However, on 11 May 2006 he was charged with 15 counts of making indecent images of children.[3][4]

On 13 September 2006 Kent Police announced that Langham was charged with eight counts of indecent assault and one other sexual offence (in addition to the previous charges) and was bailed to appear at Sevenoaks Magistrates Court the following day.[5] The charges were later detailed as one count of buggery and eight counts of indecent assault on a girl under the age of 16 between April 1994 and 1998 whilst giving the girl acting lessons.[6] One of these alleged offences claimed the girl performed oral sex on him at the Palace Theatre on London's Shaftesbury Avenue.[7]

At the appearance on 14 September he was placed on conditional bail, a condition of the bail being that he was not to contact three specific people and must have no unsupervised access to anyone under 16 years old. He appeared at the same court on 2 October in relation to the 15 original charges for child pornography and was bailed to appear again for a plea and case management hearing on the 22 November.[8][9]

Langham has stated throughout that he is determined to clear his name but has withdrawn from all BBC projects pending the outcome of the case.[10] On 5 December 2006 it was reported that he was banned from attending the 2006 British Comedy Awards despite his current show, The Thick of It, being a contender for an award at the show.[11]

At Maidstone Crown Court on 15 February 2007 he entered not guilty pleas to each charge.[12] A date for the trial has not yet been set."

Hmmm, his brief may have applied for restrictions, due to young ppl being involved.
A plea of not guilty will inevitably put him behind bars if found to be guilty.

Sounds like a long break between court appearances, but maybe the cops have more evidence to put on him.
These cases are notorious for witness statement retractions, due to the nature of having to give such evidence.

I was just wondering how long to go before denning gets released.
He should have been given life,
