217. No wooden stick mechanism, however ingeniously conceived and installed, can stop a Radio Flyer wagon with three screaming boys in it. This truth is only revealed at high speeds.

218. Never attach a dog's leash to your wagon. He doesn't take into account the wagon when taking corners, and he has no idea what "whoa" means

219. hitting chestnuts over the house with a tennisracket is not a good idea. The owners of the car you make dents in will not be happy.
220. Don't play 'pavementborder' (or any ballgame really) in the street across certain houses. If your ball lands in their garden it will be lost forever.
221. Your parents wont like it if you lock yourself out of the house and they have to break a window to get inside.

You know, looking back over this thread, it's a wonder any of us are still alive. Or at least, that we all still have all our appendages. \:\)

hahahaha

222. don't put those price stickers for fruit & vegetables to on other food in the grocery store...
The staff will find out and tell you those stickers cost a 100 guilders (or about 50 euro's these days) each and 'shall I tell your parents about what you did?'.
They don't like it at all if you're gonna be a smartass and point out that they will lose about 98 to 95 guilders every time the customers will put them on their fruit or vegetables (if they really cost 100 guilders a sticker).

223. standing behind a haywagon when they open up the back (it will swing open) will leave a nice harry potter scar on your forehead.

There's no way they cost that much. It's probably more like 50 for a euro. Those greengrocers are notorious liars. I should know, I used to be one.

224 Its best to read A Swiss Family Robinson from the tree-house deep in the woods. Someone built that tree-house long ago. They just left it there. Donít they care about it anymore? I wonder if theyíll come back while Iím sleeping there.

225 Its much harder to run fast in long trousers than shorts!

Ouch!!

226 When it is pouring with rain and you are caught by the watchman on a building site full of mud, you are guaranteed the cops wont come and arrest you, so you can carry on taunting him, and seeing just how he negotiates the mud.

227 Wait till your mom gets hold of you, covered in mud and soaked.
You really do need that cheeky grin to stop her beating you.

228. Boys building a treehouse will always stick it in a tree that can clearly be seen from the construction site where they stole the wood.

229. Boys hiding from the workers searching for those who stole their wood will never understand why their new treehouse is not the smartest place to hide...until they see men at the foot of the tree.

230. Construction workers are cool about treehouses, so long as it's understood that the treehouse is officially "finished".
