in learning to really negotiate business requests -  
  
and what i can  
  
apply this to my own life- and I realize defintely the bravery  
  
 and stength to live and connect - and mostly negotiate business relationships  
  
that involve healthy and strong decision making (pluse exchanges)  
  
 In now sort of evaluating this process too - i can sort of have a vision of who  
  
actually cares or is a decent person - and who doesn't -  
  
or perhaps who is good to have around and who is not -  
  
who will help me with my goals and positivity -and not jabs  
  
and who will keep the day bright - and productive - and profitable - and worth living.  
  
 just more and more - i am a hermetic being - (separate)

i've done soemthings now
  
i've never been present enough to do -  
  
and still feel healthy and strong
