Oxford Mail

Quote:
Fourteen months ago Excell - who spent 37 out of 39 years in jail for repeated sex attacks on boys in Australia - fled a rented house in East Hanney, near Wantage, when his whereabouts became public.

It has emerged he is now living in Abingdon and last night families said they were still pressing for his removal because of his proximity to the school and added they have become more concerned recently.

Mother-of-three Joanne Hobbs, 42, said police were called on Tuesday after she caused a disturbance outside Mr Excell's home.

Mrs Hobbs, who lives near Excell with her 13-year-old son, said: "I was arrested under the public order act and I have been told I could face an 80 fine.

Trouble is, he is not safe anywhere, but at least you know what he looks like.
If I were a parent, I too would be deeply worried.

The only safe place is in prison,

He's a troubling one, that's for sure. He likes photographing wildlife, so maybe it's best for everyone if he gets a cabin out in the woods somewhere.

Maybe he could be sent to the Galapagos Islands.
A land of species that live in no other part of
the world.

Pity the turtles tho',

Maybe not a bad thing, but scientists would find another
endangered species to add to their collection \:D

All the wildlife he ever needs, before the real "wild life"
gets to him,

I can think of some pretty wild jailbirds who would just love to meet him.

Azrael (Arabic "Ezrael") is the biblical Angel of Death. And also Gargamel's cat.

In the dungeon of despair and emotional vacuum, I cried, and cried, and died.
But who? Am I to cry judgement, when it wasnt me who was perped by him!

Thats it though, we do not know what is really going on, but if he was locked up most of his life in Aus, then I guess he may be still
doing it,
