i've been feeling phsycially - a bit sick lately -
jsut - all the uptightness about - trying to think about my life -
and build confidence - i kind of neglected attention to the body -
this morning - i did some stretching -
it felt great! - like old track team stuff - and i felt the circulation flow
and i went out for a good walk -
I remember in West Hollywood, CA - when i first started to explore my life -
(my real life) I remember hearing the phrase "keeping happy is a full time job"
i felt pressure from that - since i was so freaked out - by everything -
but now - It's wisdom - can seem easy-
we have to figure our lives out yes - and live here and now - and
just having a wholistic view- does help. being in touch with my body -
and mind - in a positive way -
helps me feel on track.
