Maybe, but blood in your stool is definitely something you need to see your doctor about.

Definately need to see a doctor about it. Please don't be bashful about talking with him about your history. He needs to know some detail so that he can help you. That's why he's there.

Dan,

You absolutely should see a doctor about this. Yes, you will have to tell him what happened, but believe me, this won't be the first time he has seen a case like this. Just tell yourself this is just you asking for the help you need. That's all.

Much love,
Larry

go to the doctor ASAP -

you may need just an antibiotic to help you heal

but don't be squeamish

protologists and or GP's

you can - and they expect you to talk about anything! -

Dan, I understand your nervousness, but blood in your stool is very serious, especially if the blood is fresh (bright red). You really should see a doctor about it. Colon infections can be extremely dangerous.
