I've been corresponding with a woman in Texas for a few weeks. She has such a nice personality, and I've seen a couple pics of her on a singles site. I got a nice laugh out of her email back to me this evening. And a couple real big laughs out of the following two bits:

Talking about feeling young at heart, she says..

" Do you still feel years and years and years younger than your
physical age?"

I was like Boy-howdy! One day I might have the opportunity to tell her I'm an 11yo stuck in a 40-something body.

When I wrote back, I told her I waited a few days cuz I was in a foul mood.

"So, you're admitting some of your faults, huh? Mr. Grumpy?? hahaha
just kidding. "

I was like you don't know the half of it darlin'! lol! If I admit too much I'm liable to send her running off screaming into the night!

Anyway, I'm enjoying our emails, so we'll just see where things go.

That's great you've been able to connect with her. You're talking about a foreign country for me, of course. There was no Internet the last time I was single and available! I just hope you two continue to explore the things you have in coomon, and I hope this works out for you. She sounds like a lot of fun.

Just as a word of encouragement. I met my BF online and it has been a great experience so far. We are miles away but chat every day and phone and email and visit a few times a year. We both have jobs and kids that make moving a problem but for now it fills the needs we have.
