do non survivors -

have an easy time dealing with their emotions?

for me - i feel burdened by them - at times -well - it maybe on the mend -

but today - i was down - then up - and then the fatigue of the afteroon sent them down again

now after being proactive to get an evaluation for ADD - and taking about them - the confusion of them in chat -

i feel - at least i am pushing forward - with them - and at not at the mercy of them.

and maybe not as derailed.

interesting. -

and sometimes- i'm getting to know or realize -

the validations in life - we hve for ourself is the routine -

the waking - the excercise -

the job - punching the clock (time card)

getting the pay check -

just those constancies - can be great -

and too then -

i- there are the seasons - the nights out -
et al....

i've become aquainted with a couple (gay)

who have this kind of routine -

they're professionals -

and they have kids too -

they love their weekly monthly ... routine.

I understand mark, Im the same way, I have to live one day at a time...get up go to school go to work write papers go to sleep. If I dont I get overwhelmed. Find sanctuary in routine.
