um ...you should do what is right for you -
I do not like yoga - it bothers me -

i like pilates very much
it's more structured - more fun -
and my body cuts into shape very fast from it -
VERY -
you have to find what's right for you -
I do some weight lifting -
but also a lot of cardio -
it just depends on what your goals are -
mine is to keep 'just fit' health first - and then -
a bit of keeping slim - and fit
- i've never found a video -
i like going to the gym - at least -
it gets me out doing it -
