Why is it, with a Global Service you still can't accept international payment options?

Having spent 60'000 dollars to upgrade surely you could find away to process international transactions?

I've tried both with Credit Card and Checking Account and no go. How about direct wire bank transfers??

How about WESTERN UNION? They have an option so the "buyer" foots transaction costs.

Come on guys, your report card says "could do better....."

Or Paypal.

Dont push it, the forum is new and a handful for the webmaster who is trying to solve other matters.

Wornoutsoul, there is a mailing address that you can send payment to. If you click on, from the main page 'contact', it will give to you the mailing addresses.

Andrei, I did not see the payment address, but it was so hard for me to join with my credit card.
It asked for ZipCode which I dont have in UK.

I think that I eventually paid be bank transfer!
It can be daunting to join MS though,

I am certainly aware of these issues and they are things we plan to address. I know it sounds so simple but the ability to implement additional pay plan options with our current website has proven to be fraught with problems and errors.

We are very close to releasing the new website which is designed and developed with current industry standards and addressing such issues will be much easier to do.

Thanks and hopefully it will not be much longer until we have more payment options.

Becoming a paying member of MaleSurvivor will allow a person access to the members side of the DB. Most guys tend to wait a few days or weeks before becoming a member, and some never do. It's certainly not a requirement.

for me the paying thing was a way for me to give something back since i take so much help from the site ,it really wasnt about getting access to the members area ,it seems like a small price to pay for what i get here. adam

For those that become members, after the access is granted you will see a new set of (Members) forums on your forum listing, in addition to the ones you see now. It's like another 1/2 of the world. However, like John noted, there's certainly no requirement to become a member. Many people continue on the Public side forever, which is perfectly fine.

What Eddie says is correct and a good explaination. I'd add that if you do sign up and become a dues paying member, you'll need to send our webmaster , Nathan, a PM asking for access to the members fourms.

There is a program called Paypal shop builder available.
You could run it on the server as it gives you the "buy now"
option.
I believe it is the easiest way to integrate with online payment,

The online pay site for MS still doesn't work OR it's broke again. I've sent an email today a s a alert to the problem. It keeps asking me for my country and then there's no place to put it so the site is not working for me right now. I'm sure that's putting a crimp in online memberships and giving money to MS. Also from someplace on the MS site it lists the option to see the benefits of MS. Well it just takes you to the non-working payment page and there is no copy about the actual benefits.
