my health is getting better i think

lately - i noticed that i started to watch my breathing

that was something big -

stress used to cause me to hold my breath

not good -

when i was in SF - i walked around the Castro

and stopped in at a Chiropractor

I had been feelign stiff - and not excercising

he adjusted my back and reminded me to do back stretches

and stuff

he also told me about breathing -

and how important it is -

fight flight - feed breed -

so he said when you panic - breath and watch - etc... bring yourself to even

anyways -

i've been busy - and i did a lot this morning - but -

i petered out - as usual -

and that's ok - the body has limits - but

i laid down and the rest - wasn't doing much -
so i thought

watch the breath -

and i felt it -
and saw me in the moment of it

real peace -

i recommend it -
so relaxing

i've heard lots of things lately -

it's ok to get something out of life -

and

i guess - it's ok to be satisfied -

or happy - and enjoy life too

i suppose we cannot be 'fulfilled' at every moment

but in being reminded - that we can enjoy life -

makes me look to see - the enjoyment - in taking care of me -

my life-

my friends -

and see their discomfort too

an addition to this

i realized - in europe

they give you time to enjoy things

it's the culture

as they kind of do in Canada - too

- space - and patience -

well - I went to lunch - and enjoyed it -

not just the american

'open mouth and shovel it - in -'

the food was soo good - spaghetti and meatballs - home made

maybe this is why -

things taste better in europe

the culture has an little bit of this wisdom

to enjoy things -

my lunch was really good -

i didn't finish - because i was full -

- have a good afternoon -

the fulfilling moments - give us the excitement for the next one!

at least - i'm groovin' on that!
