Ste, how can you say that? You know what threats can do to a child. Shawn was kidnapped at gun point. Later he may not have had metal shackles on, but for all intents and purposes, he did. He was a county away from home, but to an 11 year old, he might as well have been in another country.

I could get real hot on this, as could you, but the bottom line is that all the conjecture in the world means nothing 'cause we just don't know. All we do know is that 2 boys were kidnapped by the same SOB, one was held for 4 years, the other for 4 days. Now they're home and they need help.

Has anyone posted here about the much bigger story of the Belgian girl who just escaped?

That looks to be a very complicated one. She won't even see her parents and a lot of money has changed hands.

I'd like to hear other people's opinions on that case, as the the first book just came out by a German investigative journalist.
