Tuna, is one of the fish that I dont eat.
It is the only one I know that loses its Omega 3 when it is cooked in the can.

Most fish is canned uncooked, and it is cooked at a very high temperature, this seems to only be a problem with Tuna fish, losing its Omega.

Most of the oily fish, haddock, mackerel, salmon, pilchards, herring, etc., are very high in Omega 3 oil which is essential to brain function, and natural bodily function combined with a healthy diet and exercise.

Essential fatty acids are the building blocks of life, and your body can process them and make yr body stronger and your mind also.

Avoid low fat spread, because they rely on fats that can be processed into toxins.
They can make any claim about low fat food but beware they can have undesired effect.

If you can find it flaxseed spread is totally safe to eat, and the fat can be broken down in the body, not like some of the hybrid fats that cannot be broken down and so turn into toxins.

Aspartame the chemical sweetener used in coke and other soft drinks should be banned, as it turns to embalming fluid in your blood, so avoid chemical sweeteners.

If you came to my house, I cook you a great meal that you never forget, believe me, I am a great cook, and I know what I put in my cooking, and if its good enough for me, you will find it pretty good too,

Just google aspartame, a common sweetener which has made millions on the market without addressing the risks to human health.

It is common to see them in coke and diet coke, but can be found in most of the branded soft drinks and foods.

If you want a spread, use butter, its natural fat which is essential for body metabolism.
Forget the hype on low fat spreads by googling hydrogenated vegetable fats.

Low fat food has to be made of something, so they put in fats that cannot be digested, and are instead turned into toxins in the body.

When scientists enter the kitchen of life, then it becomes scarey, but mostly, people trust what they eat, but you would not, if you know what they are really doing to you.

I make all my own food, with natural ingredients and never drink coke nor eat low fat anything.

-- ste -

kinds of foods - are also important

since food after all - is a 'drug' in a way -

i was given a diet when I 'worked out'

for maintaining a low fat - high protein muscle building - mental energy constancy for a more stable day

the theory was - if the energy in your system is kept at a constant - and hunger abated with the proper foods -

in other words - if you have a constant food energy level - then if you do confront a big emotional hurdle - set back or upset -

the fact that it may be big -will not be - accentuated by a lack of personal energy (food)
resource within you -

it's really important to eat - and sleep properly -

so i have learned \:\)
