Exercise and a healthy diet can help, as it raises your energy level. Try to get more sleep, and get your stress level down.

Tobey - You might also want to check with your doctor about your hormone levels (particularly testosterone), since low levels could result in a low interest in sex. Hormone replacement therapy is available in several forms to bring your levels back up.

Bottom line is that there is help available so don't despair. Between working on therapy issues with your T, there are medical interventions as well as diet, exercise, and food supplements. Talk to your MD about the things Eddie suggests. Don't let him brush you off. If he can't help you, ask him for a referral to someone who can.

Yeah, good diet plenty of exercise, and working on hobbies or learning stuff. Depression can cause it too, so can the meds that control it.
A good mix of meds and therapy is the best way out, I hope you find it, and try to find high strength Omega 3 capsules, they are very good for a healthy nervous system, it costs a load, but I swear by it, make sure it is pure though,
