hey guys - i ate some pizza the day before yesterday and today, tonight -

i found this place - it like calls to me -
i hardly ever eat pizza
but it is delicious -

a 'mom and pop' shop - a totally private little pizza parlor - and it feels like not cheap ingredrients at all - I was almost like a dog when i ate it today - arf arf down it went

so darn good - fresh delicious -

yum ---

two huge slices - and i am stuffed

it's really like four - cause you have to cut them in half -

food coma now - and a big grin - ...

maybe that is quite good for us -?

i am quite a well being right now \:\)

my own rule....if any diet or nutrition plan or whatever you want to call it does not have an adequate amount of pizza and ice cream you should not do it.....

I had a similar thing happen last night.

Yesterday for the first time in 5 years I ate meat. I was at a festival for the national day of Switzerland and I ate a sausage. I ate the whole thing and was not sick afterwards. I also drank a beer which happens maybe once a year.

Today I feel fine and there are no aftereffects.
