Even when we fall flat on our face, we can still stand up and dust off. It's okay to stumble. Just get up afterwards.

This is a great post that reminds me of a great song by diamond rio called we all fall down, The chorus says, "We all fall down, it's the getting back up that really counts. We live and we learn to help someone else when it's there turn." Anyways if you havn't heard the song you should it is really awsome. One of my favourite songs is 'Tub Thumping' by 'Chumbawumba' - it's actually a drinking song, but I put my own interpretation on the words -
I get knocked down
I get up again
Nothing ever keeps me down
This song was released before I admitted to any of my friends that I had been abused & it would always get me on the dancefloor. After I disclosed, they told me why I liked it!

I am starting to realize this 'journey' is similar to first learning to skate. Ice is slippery. (they just make it that way). So is this process. We will slip and fall at times. But to get back up and try again, it is more a tell of who we are then he fall was.
Now, to slip, fall, slide across the ice and crash into the wall--that is something different. (trust me!)

Hey Leosha try that when you have been checked hard at centre ice and are a bit dazed. Only kidding. The important thing is to not lose sight of the reasons to pick yourself up and keep working on it.
