Ok, but remember we'll be waiting for you. Who else wants one? Step right up! You don't need to have done anything special! All you need to do is be self loving enough to ask for one! And here is the secret my friends! You all deserve A standing ovation just for being here on this board, for working on you or your loved one's recovery, simply for breathing! Or because you gave your neighbor a fat ass! Said something to inspire others! Decided to take years off your recovery by taking retreat! Or today you Intervened a self-defeating behavior! Whatever who you are or what you've done, you have earned a standing ovation. Counselors, family members, therapists, survivors, article writers, and donkey feeders. There are no boundaries here. Enjoy
