I seen this at another forum that I 'browse' sometime, and just thought it something nice, for fun. What is something or are some things about you that people would be surprised to know?

*When I first moved to U.S., I could speak more Spanish then English!

*I am an insane 'cleaning' person, and even will dry my toothbrush so it will not drip on sink

*I would like to go through medical school someday

*I am wary of horses and cats, but like snakes!

*I am addicted to the television show 'Survivor'!

How of anyone else? What would other people be surprised by?

Hmmmmm......

I like showtunes, but I HATE most "gay male" icons (Judy Garland/Liza Minelli).

I didn't get "The English Patient." (Only those who remember the stir the movie created a few years back will understand this)

I enjoy "so-bad-they're-good" movies and books, but will NEVER admit which ones (unless you catch me at the wrong time, like with one in my hand!).

I read FOUR Sunday newspapers per week.

I don't like reality shows, but I can TALK about them expertly.

I collect useless trivia (Okay, so NOBODY is surprised by this).

I read poetry publically.

Usually my own ( ).

While I have a weakness for alcohol, I don't really enjoy the taste, except for Guinness, Goldschlager, and various schnapps.

Suprising about me?
I do not drink. Haven't had alcohol in over a year.
I want to join a fraternity. (Kind of conflicts with the first one)
I have well over a thousand songs memorized by heart. (So many I have lost count)
I own over 450 cd's.
At one time, I owned 3 guitars and could not play any of them.
People never believe me when I tell them my age. I have looked like I was 19 since I was 16. And I am almost 28.
I have absolutely no skill at asking a woman out or telling her how I feel.
I am also addicted to Survivor.
I could be the next American Idol!!!!!!

Surprising things about me.

1. I do not watch what is on TV; I watch what else is on TV.

2. I have no interest in professional sports. like football , hockey and baseball.

3. I like the xgames and what the young people do for the fun of it now.

4. Watching figure skating makes me cry. I hate to admit that. It is the elegance and emotion that get to me.

5. I am a pain in the ass a lot of times. I bet nobody knew that

6. I have spent my entire working life helping others manage their money and am completely lost when it comes to my own finances.

7. I tend to be a slob with periodical moments of neatness.

8. I love anything mathematical because it is so clear.

I am capable of writing a short post.

Exactly how much I care, and the reasons why.

Now Mr. Church, you sure had a lot to say about hockey in Paris...

What would suprise you about me... hmmmm

• I'm actually really, really shy
• I work in a music conservatory but know hardly anything about music
• I love gorrillas, and like to go to the Bronx Zoo to watch them play
• I wish I was a movie star

One other thing......

I so loved the musical "Chicago" that I perform two numbers obsessively and well - "All That Jazz" and "Razzle Dazzle"

And no, I don't "dress up" when I do "All That Jazz." But I absolutely LOVE Bebe Neuwirth.

When I do grocery shopping I work out how much things cost down to the smallest unit ("this orange juice is $2.50? Why, that's 4 cents an ounce!")

but, I cannot read or make a graph.

Ok, SAR, grab a piece of paper. Draw two lines which meet at the bottom left corner. At the bottom left corner place a zero. going up the line on the left side write in increments the number of ounces of orange juice (1-??) and label it ounces. Now, across the bottom wite in increments of 4 (0,4,8,12,16,20,....2.50) and label it cents. Now, match where they meet and place a dot. One ounce = 4 cents, 2 ounces = 8 cents, three ounces = 12 cents, etc.....2.50. Draw a line between the dots, and you have a graph.
