This is a tentative itinerary, still got to buy the darn electronic ticket:

Fri. Sept 10:

Delta 5443 6:00 am out of Flint arriving in Cincinnati 7:50 am
Delta 571 10:15 am out of Cincinnati arriving Salt Lake City 10:15 am

Monday Sept 13:

Delta 922 12:50 pm out of Salt Lake City arriving in Cincinnati 6:12 pm

This retreat is actually close to where I live, in relative terms, but I can't go because I have not been to one before. \:\(
Maybe one should be planned for Seattle or Tacoma, WA.

I had such huge breakthroughs at the Paris retreat that I can't stop saying how important they are to our contiinuing recovery.

They are so intense and full of hard work but the rewards can be tremendous. Many times the work is painful, but the only way to recovery is though all the crap.

A retreat forces you to look at the things that make you the most uncomfortable from within a safe environment. I would go so far to say that it cuts years off recovery time; they repair damage that would take months to work through alone with a therapist or on the discussion board.

If you can go then go, there should be no question. Knowing you are not alone is one thing, meeting the people, you chat and post with is a whole other story. You will find not only are you not alone, but you have friends that won't be uncomfortable with CSA conversation.
