i thought how we all take care of ourselves -

and how it is important - to give to ourselves-
and how it is ok to do so - and part of the process of taking care -

i layed there on my bed -
- and the mark inside - started to want more green in my room - bamboo
and maybe a taxidermy bird - for nearby - a little land bird or something -
next to the little japanese tree -

i decided - i would go to the little japanese shop across the way - and do this -

i got out on to the street - good feels inside -

then rethought - if i am giving to myself -

this cost output - might be better saved until later -

i thought but this is definitely something i like -

i like these tiny shopping trips to fill a little fantasy vision of jungles and animals -

green moss and water - and rocks - ferns -

we had an appliance come as a kid -

i used the box and flattened it -

i put it down in the wreck room and then went to the stream nearby - and got rocks -
and moss - and some dirt -

little plants and an old bowl for a little mini lake!
lol!

i brought down - my figurines - and stuff -
and this was my world -

i loved those mossy greens - and lushness -

but hey- that is me -

i know it's important to take care of myself in other ways - and i have personal philosophies on those as you can well imagine -

do not like anything - undone - or left to wait -
sometimes gotta -

anyway -

Mark,

That sounds really great. When I was a little kid my friends and I would go down to a local stream and work on a miniature "village" with houses, rope bridges, post office and so on, all made out of matcksticks, toothpicks, yarn, string or whatever. We said this is where the "green people" live, and after awhile we believed it!

mgb,

You have really helped me commit to doing things to take better care of myself. Thanks for being such a good model of recovery for me.
