Tomorrow morning at 9 AM, the men's therapy group that I belong to, will hold an all day session. We're calling it a mini retreat instead of something longer and more expensive.
What I'd appreciate from you is a little help with the old thought process in helping me formulate my question for tomorrow.
You see, our therapist has asked us to each bring a question of what we'd like to have answered of where we are as individuals and what we need to keep us moving toward health or what it is that we need to get us "unstuck" so that we can keep moving toward the goal of recovery.
I know that this is a highly individual task and that no one can ask such a personalized question, but I thought that it might serve as a discussion point, if nothing else...and I know that it would never be a "merely" this or that, or, serving as "nothing else," with us guys. Our questions are always important and are usually asked by many of us.
Anyway, what would you ask if you were going to spend the day with seven guys from here with whom you had worked in a therapy group setting. I mean, what would be your question of what would keep you headed toward health or get you unstuck from what is holding you back from recovery.
Thanks for any help that you offer...I know that your questions will help me form my question for tomorrow.
Love to you guys,
David
