I thought about Dan A. this morning -

It was inspired by a conversation I had with my buddy's friend who is staying with him as well.

We started talking about a different subject -

but the conversation - ended - on kind of a theme of relationships -

I went on to get ready - and I thought

because I mentioned Dan in the conversation previously - to mention it here -

Dan and I met during the winter - but then as summer got closer - I knew my impatience level with everything went to the birds - because I do not like heat - well too much heat -

One weekend - Dan was setting his new weighset machine up - in the gym -
(the second bedroom)
and he grew kind of 'bitchy at me' for really no reason at all -

It was hot out - and he had on his sweatshirt - and the window was closed - with no ac -

rather than react - and add flame to just an aggravated boyfriend -

I thought - ok - I opened the window and turned on the fan in the corner -

I said - "Dan - I think you're getting too hot - can you take off your sweat shirt and work in your t?"

he said - "good idea"

so - I left the room - avoided his momentary "bitch" - and he cooled off - and was happier.

He got the gym set done - we went to breakfast - and had a great Saturday together. \:\)

I think we all have things that aggravate us-

Disorder - really freaks me out -

too much - and well...

I need to take a 'time out.'

anyway - hope you all have a nice one.

pax

Mark

Mark,

Sounds like you handled that one very well. Both of you had your needs met without crossing the boundaries of the other guy, and the danger of a nasty confrontation over something trivial was avoided. One decisive moment that defined the rest of the day!

Much love,
Larry
