Just moved to NYC and have no network, no therapist and left the few friends I had behind.
Luckily, I have my wife or I'd have slipped a lot further back than I have.

I'm starting to withdraw again and thats not good. Any informal groups running in NYC, please contact me by private message here on the forum.
